بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ

   سَبَّحَ لِلَّهِ مَا فِي السَّمَوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الأرْضِ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ

Glorifying God2540 is everything in the skies and on the land and He is The Almighty, The All Wise.

             يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لِمَ تَقُولُونَ مَا لا تَفْعَلُونَ

O you who believe, why do you say what you do not do?

               كَبُرَ مَقْتًا عِنْدَ اللَّهِ أَنْ تَقُولُوا مَا لا تَفْعَلُونَ

The most abhorrent in the sight of God2541 are those who preach what they do not practice.

     إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الَّذِينَ يُقَتِلُونَ فِي سَبِيلِهِ صَفًّا كَأَنَّهُمْ بُنْيَانٌ مَرْصُوصٌ

Surely, God2542 loves those who fight in His cause in formations, like solid structures.

  وَإِذْ قَالَ مُوسَى لِقَوْمِهِ يَا قَوْمِ لِمَ تُؤْذُونَنِي وَقَدْ تَعْلَمُونَ أَنِّي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ إِلَيْكُمْ فَلَمَّا زَاغُوا أَزَاغَ اللَّهُ قُلُوبَهُمْ وَاللَّهُ لا يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الْفَسِقِينَ

And when Moses said to his people, O my people, why do you torment me although you know that I am God2543’s messenger to you? Consequently, once they chose the wrong way, God2544 gave them the wrong understanding, for God254\5 does not guide the wicked people.

   وَإِذْ قَالَ عِيسَى ابْنُ مَرْيَمَ يَا بَنِي إِسْرَئِيلَ إِنِّي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ إِلَيْكُمْ مُصَدِّقًا لِمَا بَيْنَ يَدَيَّ مِنَ التَّوْرَةِ وَمُبَشِّرًا بِرَسُولٍ يَأْتِي مِنْ بَعْدِي اسْمُهُ أَحْمَدُ فَلَمَّا جَاءَهُمْ بِالْبَيِّنَتِ قَالُوا هَذَا سِحْرٌ مُبِينٌ

And when Jesus, son of Mary, said, O Children of Israel, I am indeed God2546’s messenger to you, confirming what you already have from the Torah and I am giving you good news of a messenger who comes after me whose name shall be Ahmad.  However, when he came to them with proofs, they said, this is clear magic.

   وَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّنِ افْتَرَى عَلَى اللَّهِ الْكَذِبَ وَهُوَ يُدْعَى إِلَى الإسْلامِ وَاللَّهُ لا يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الظَّلِمِينَ

Who is more unjust than the one who attributes a lie to God2547 although, he has been invited to Submission? And God2548 does not guide people who commit injustice.

  يُرِيدُونَ لِيُطْفِئُوا نُورَ اللَّهِ بِأَفْوَهِهِمْ وَاللَّهُ مُتِمُّ نُورِهِ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْكَفِرُونَ

They want to extinguish God2549’s light with their mouths, but God2550 will perfect His light, even though the disbelievers may dislike it.

    هُوَ الَّذِي أَرْسَلَ رَسُولَهُ بِالْهُدَى وَدِينِ الْحَقِّ لِيُظْهِرَهُ عَلَى الدِّينِ كُلِّهِ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْمُشْرِكُونَ

He is the One who has sent His messenger with guidance and the religion of truth, in order to overcome all religions although those who set up partners for god may dislike it.

 يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا هَلْ أَدُلُّكُمْ عَلَى تِجَرَةٍ تُنْجِيكُمْ مِنْ عَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ

O you who believe, shall I present you with a proof of a matter that can save you from a painful punishment?

      تُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ وَتُجَهِدُونَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ بِأَمْوَلِكُمْ وَأَنْفُسِكُمْ ذَلِكُمْ خَيْرٌ لَكُمْ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ

So that you may believe in God2551 and His messenger, and that you may strive in the cause of God2552 with your moneys and your lives. This is the best for you, if you only knew.

 يَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ ذُنُوبَكُمْ وَيُدْخِلْكُمْ جَنَّتٍ تَجْرِي مِنْ تَحْتِهَا الأنْهَرُ وَمَسَكِنَ طَيِّبَةً فِي جَنَّتِ عَدْنٍ ذَلِكَ الْفَوْزُ الْعَظِيمُ

He will forgive your sins, and will admit you into Gardens with flowing streams beneath them and pure dwellings in the Original Gardens.  This is the greatest triumph.

       وَأُخْرَى تُحِبُّونَهَا نَصْرٌ مِنَ اللَّهِ وَفَتْحٌ قَرِيبٌ وَبَشِّرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ

And more of what you love; help from God2553 and an immediate victory. And give good news to the believers.

   يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا كُونُوا أَنْصَارَ اللَّهِ كَمَا قَالَ عِيسَى ابْنُ مَرْيَمَ لِلْحَوَارِيِّينَ مَنْ أَنْصَارِي إِلَى اللَّهِ قَالَ الْحَوَارِيُّونَ نَحْنُ أَنْصَارُ اللَّهِ فَآمَنَتْ طَائِفَةٌ مِنْ بَنِي إِسْرَئِيلَ وَكَفَرَتْ طَائِفَةٌ فَأَيَّدْنَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا عَلَى عَدُوِّهِمْ فَأَصْبَحُوا ظَهِرِينَ

O you who believe, be helpers of God2554, just like when Jesus, son of Mary, said to the disciples, Who are my helpers towards God2555? The disciples said; we are God2556’s helpers. Consequently, a group of the Children of Israel believed, and another group disbelieved. We therefore helped those who believed against their enemies, and they prevailed.
